Home Heart Monitors Recommended By Health Groups

New York (ChattahBox) - Major health organizations stated that they highly-recommend the use of heart monitors at home . They have found that this could help control hypertension,
blood pressure, thus reducing the risk of heart attacks and other cardiovascular events.

The major health organizations involved in the recommendation include the American Heart Association, and the American Society of Hypertension.
Reports state that there are 70 million people in the U.S. who suffer from hypertension, with 25 million having pre-hypertension.

These health groups have stressed that blood pressure can be controlled if attention is paid to it.
These heart monitors can assist greatly in the control of it.
With better control of your blood pressure, you can lower your risk of heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, and sudden death.
Consistent readings of your blood pressure a few times a day is recommended.
